Late Mr. M. L. Satija (Founder of SMN Associates) has set up the above Agency during the month of April, 1985 after rendering 25 years’ service in the Employee’s State Insurance Corporation in different capacities and taking voluntary retirement. This long service enabled him to associate himself with law-making and administrative processes authorities besides handling court cases of Dist. Courts, High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The agency is manned by well-qualified & experienced Laws, its services are widely recognized and appreciated by number of firms, companies comprising Pvt. Ltd. as well as Public Ltd. Most of his Ex-employees are independently working as reputed Labour Law Consultant or Advocates in the field Labour Law. staff in the field of Labour Law.
